DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Water-based inkjet printing directly onto a pre-treated garment. DTF (Direct-to-Film): Design is printed on film, coated with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Works on cotton, polyester, blends, and dark fabrics with a slightly raised, durable feel; more versatile across fabric types than DTG. Embroidery: Design is stitched into the fabric with thread rather than printed. Delivers a premium, tactile, durable finish ideal for logos on hats, polos, and fleece; limited to simpler artwork and lower detail than printing. Screen Print: Ink is pushed through a stencil mesh, one screen per color. The most cost-effective and durable method at volume with vibrant opaque colors on light and dark garments, but it carries setup cost and minimums, so POD uses it mainly for larger runs.
