BestPrintOnDemand is an informational cost-comparison tool that tracks the true landed cost of every print-on-demand product across suppliers, and cites the source behind every figure. It is a reference for sellers, not a print shop.
One page per product, one source per number
Print-on-demand pricing is deliberately hard to compare. Base costs vary by size, color, and print method; shipping is tiered and often hidden until checkout; the biggest suppliers now sit under common ownership; and most mockup tools quietly subtract base cost alone and call the rest "profit." BestPrintOnDemand exists to make the real number legible. For each product we show the landed cost (blank base cost plus first-item shipping) across every supplier that lists it, and we link each figure to the exact page or breakdown it came from.
We do the same for suppliers and print methods, so a seller can see not just which blank is cheapest but which supplier fulfills it cheapest and how much real margin is left at a given sell price. The point is not to sell you anything. The point is that you can check us.
The rules behind every number
Every figure traces to a source
Nothing here is a bare number. Each base cost, shipping rate, and affiliate term links directly to the supplier page or cost breakdown that states it. If we cannot verify a figure from a real page, we show it as unverified rather than guess.
Cost leads, and we disclose the partner boost
We rank on the data, and we are upfront about the one place our business enters the ordering. The default Best value view leads with the cheapest landed cost and gives suppliers we hold an active referral partnership with a disclosed boost, so a genuinely competitive partner can sit just above a slightly cheaper alternative. The boost is bounded (landed cost is always the largest factor) and never hidden: every partner is labeled 'Partner', partner status never changes a base cost or a fact, and a 'Cheapest' view always sorts by price alone, so the lowest verified cost is one click away.
We stamp when we verified it
Every cost carries when we last checked it, and a figure that has not refreshed within its window is shown as aging rather than confidently live. Reported figures (from secondary sources) are labeled and never presented as a supplier's own confirmed price.
Supplier-first, secondary only when unpublished
We build on each supplier's own catalogs, pricing, shipping, and affiliate pages first; Printful and Printify prices refresh live from their public catalogs. Where a supplier does not publish a verifiable price, the cost stays blank. A figure we could not confirm exactly as priced, and the few shipping references taken from secondary reports, are labeled Reported.

BestPrintOnDemand is published by an independent team that tracks print-on-demand pricing. We do not run a print shop. We earn a referral commission from some suppliers, and our default Best value ranking gives those active partners a disclosed, bounded boost, always labeled and never at the expense of a cited cost. Every figure is tied to the page that states it, so you can check us.
