What the numbers can tell you

Cost evidence measures our data coverage. A published price, a broad catalog or a high Best value score does not establish print quality, delivery reliability or a low defect rate.

Reviews describe other buyers' experiences. They may cover service, delivery and many different products. BestPrintOnDemand does not currently publish controlled sample-test results or measured supplier defect rates.

    Match the actual product

    Use the blank, color, size, artwork and print method you plan to sell. Record the chosen print provider so you know which combination you tested.

  2. 02

    Inspect the print and blank

    Check fine details, color, placement, fabric feel, seams and sizing. Photograph the result under consistent lighting so you can compare another sample.

  3. 03

    Test normal use

    Follow the product's care instructions. For apparel, compare the print, shape and measurements before and after washing; for other products, check their intended use.

  4. 04

    Check the delivery experience

    Record order, dispatch and arrival dates separately. Inspect the packaging and document defects. One sample shows that order's result, not a supplier-wide failure rate.

How Best value ordering works

The supplier score combines 45% relative catalog coverage, 30% price win rate (how often a supplier is the cheapest on products another supplier also prices) and a 25% maximum boost for active referral partners. Partner strength determines the actual boost. The score determines the order below; it is not a quality rating. Partner rows are labeled. Costs and source facts do not change with partner status. Choose Cheapest on the main comparison board for price-only ordering.

Best value order includes a disclosed partner boost. Price evidence is not proof of manufacturing quality.
