Rows are ordered by cost, or by your profit once you enter a sell price. A Partner label marks a referral relationship (we may earn a commission when you visit); it does not change the order. The product behind the price
About this product
Polyester blanket printed on its smooth face by sublimation and backed with soft long-pile sherpa fleece. Printful's has a 220 g/m² face and a 240 g/m² tan sherpa back; Printify's has a polyester face and a beige, grey or white sherpa back with rounded corners. Printify lists several sherpa blankets: the one compared is the one with the lowest US total (price plus shipping) at 50x60 in when they were matched on 2026-10-21. Sherpa blankets ship at a higher rate than the plush and fleece ones at Printful, so compare totals, not prices alone.
Blank & sizes
Printed polyester face with a sherpa fleece back. Sizes and options: 50x60 and 60x80 in at both, plus 37x57 in at Printful and 30x40 in at Printify.
Decoration methods
Sublimation: Ink is turned to gas by heat and embedded into the material, giving permanent, edge-to-edge, fade-resistant color. Works only on polyester fabrics and specially coated hard surfaces (mugs, tumblers), which is why it drives all-over-print and drinkware.
