Decoration methods
UV Printing: Ink is cured instantly with UV light directly onto rigid surfaces. Used for phone cases, tumblers, and hard goods where sublimation coating is not available, producing vivid, durable prints on non-textile substrates. Sublimation: Ink is turned to gas by heat and embedded into the material, giving permanent, edge-to-edge, fade-resistant color. Works only on polyester fabrics and specially coated hard surfaces (mugs, tumblers), which is why it drives all-over-print and drinkware.
