Decoration methods
DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Water-based inkjet printing directly onto a pre-treated garment. Best on 100% cotton, ideal for photographic and full-color detail with no minimum order, but slower per unit and less vivid on dark polyester. Screen Print: Ink is pushed through a stencil mesh, one screen per color. The most cost-effective and durable method at volume with vibrant opaque colors on light and dark garments, but it carries setup cost and minimums, so POD uses it mainly for larger runs.
